No, not if you don’t want to! We can create the designs in whichever format you would prefer. After years of working with indie brands we are always asked for templates and access to the original files, and as designers, we’ve tried pretty much every way possible to give our clients the best chance of recreating them on their own. Canva has proved to be the least scary option for non-designers with it’s user-friendly drag-and-drop interface that even the most tech-phobic clients are confident working with! All designs are stored on the app, you can create teams within it, collaborate, download graphics in multiple formats, create gifs, videos, pdfs, presentations and more all from one program. We love it for our clients but if it’s not your thing that’s fine too!

Typically it takes 2 weeks for a final visual identity to be delivered. You will work directly with Emma who will guide you through the process and discuss variations on the designs and plan a timeline for all your chosen templates. Typically the process for the complete collection is between 4-6 weeks.

Absolutely, just share it on the questionnaire once you’ve placed your order.

Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive a welcome pack with a questionnaire to be completed before work commences. We'll then get to work customising your identity. We'll share a brand presentation with variations on your chosen palette and layout options. The brand identity process includes two weeks of refinement followed by one round of revisions so that the final product meets all of your expectations, your branded designs will then be built into Canva Pro. We’ll share a downloadable folder of logos and print-ready assets in various file types and a thorough guide for how to use your Canva brand kit.

Yes! We can offer a payment plan over three months (not including the initial deposit). Our usual process is to break the payment into installments at project milestones. Please add a request for a three-month payment plan in our ‘any questions’ box on ordering and we’ll add it to your welcome pack.
