  • Typically it takes 2 weeks for a visual identity to be delivered. Our website process is around 4 weeks on receipt of the required assets, this will follow from the completion of the initial brand delivery. For the slides and socials add an additional week on top of the visual identity work or if added with a website we will run those alongside the website production. So you are looking at a timeline of 2-4 weeks for a full set of deliverables.

  • Absolutely, just share it on the questionnaire once you’ve placed your order.

  • Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive a welcome pack with a questionnaire to be completed before work commences. We'll then get to work customising your identity. We'll share a brand presentation with variations on your chosen palette and layout options. The brand identity process includes two weeks of refinement followed by one round of revisions so that the final product meets all of your expectations, your branded designs will then be built into Canva Pro. We’ll share a downloadable folder of logos and print-ready assets in various file types and a thorough guide for how to use your canva brand kit.

  • Once you’ve approved your final identity designs we’ll start work on your website. Part of this process will be to share wireframes and examples of our template for you to pick the perfect set of layouts to showcase your business and skills.
